Once an order has been shipped, Adrian's Products is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Customers will receive tracking information when available.

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order. Adrian's Products is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
