At Adrian's Products, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered. Fragrances are personal-use products, and we cannot verify whether an item has been opened, used, or altered after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and work to provide an appropriate solution.
